My Brown Baby has another holiday giveaway that I would like to share with my readers. It is time to start planning a black movie night out with some good friends, great appetizers, cocktails, desserts and of course some popcorn and movie candy.
My all time favorite movie is Love Jones, every time I watch the movie I tear up on the last scene when Nina(Nia Long) and Darius(Larenz Tate) are standing in the rain trying to figure out how to make their long distance relationship work; Ewww what about the scene when Darius(Larenz Tate) is running for the train and it pulls off and Nina(Nia Long) never sees him; Who can forget the Love & Basketball scene when Monica(Sanaa Lathan) says "I'll play you" and Quincy(Omar Epps) says "For what" and Monica(Sanaa Lathan) says "For your heart" From Mo' Better Blues, remember the scene when Clarke(Cynda Williams) and Indigo(Joie Lee) show up at the club wearing the same red dress----classic drama!
