As someone who was born and raised in Philadelphia, it was impossible to grow up in the city and not know and love the music of Maze featuring Frankie Beverly. The music is timeless. I can still remember the the lyrics to most of the songs I grew up listening to on the radio. The new tribute CD features a mix of artists such as Vanessa Williams, Joe, Musiq Soulchild, Mary J. Blige and a number of others. I did hear Can't Get Over You featuring Joe and he nails this track. The CD is available on September 29th. You can purchase at the CocoaMommy Store
